API pricing separates cached input, uncached input and output tokens, with peak and off-peak rates. The price page lists weekday peak windows of 01–04 and 06–10 UTC; other times have lower rates. Calculate actual token volumes at the current model price rather than relying on July tables or a blanket cache discount.
Rights and data
The hosted-service privacy policy describes processing and storage in China and training opt-out options. This does not establish policies for independent providers or your own installations.
