The seller is Culturetek Pte. Ltd., UEN 202411392W, 6 Raffles Quay, #14-02, Singapore 048580, Singapore; kai@ki-agenten.shop. These special terms govern skill downloads and installation support and prevail over general website terms in a conflict. No sales to customers with a Singapore billing country.
Products and requirements
An individual product contains the described skill, instructions and templates. The complete bundle contains the listed 24 specialist skills and six coordinators in the purchased version, not all future products. ZIP content and instructions are German; technical names may be English. Your own compatible AI host, required accounts and, if used, Python 3.10+ are necessary. Model, API, platform and operating fees are excluded. Role blueprints are not hosted autonomous services.
Prices and contract
One skill costs EUR 9.99, the complete bundle EUR 149.90 and one support hour EUR 99.00. These are one-time final prices including applicable taxes. Net amount, tax and total are shown before ordering using verified billing data. There is no automatic renewal. Product pages invite orders. The paid-order submission is your offer; the contract is formed by our express order acceptance. A receipt acknowledgement alone is not acceptance.
Licence
After full payment you receive a non-exclusive perpetual licence to the purchased version for one individual or legal entity including its employees. Internal copies, backups and modifications are permitted. You may produce your own or client work and commercially use resulting outputs subject to third-party rights. Resale, public publication or sharing of skill files, sublicensing or offering a competing download library is prohibited. Mandatory statutory usage rights remain unaffected. We do not acquire rights to your inputs or outputs.
Delivery and records
Account downloads become available after confirmed payment and provision of the contract confirmation. For consumers, immediate access requires separate express consent to early performance and acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights; otherwise access starts after 14 days. Save the ZIP and contract confirmation. Report a defective download through the hotline or chat; statutory remedies remain available.
Consumer withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of contract formation without a reason by an unambiguous statement to the postal or email address above. Sending within the period is sufficient. Payments are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of receipt of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without refund fees. For digital content, the right expires only when supply begins after your express early-performance consent, acknowledgement of loss and receipt of the required contract confirmation. For support, it expires only on full performance with the required express declarations. If you requested early support and withdraw, only the legally due proportionate amount for work already supplied is payable.

Installation support
Skill download prices do not include personal support. Our support hotline and chat are available for general questions. Installation and other personal assistance must be booked separately at EUR 99.00 per hour, including for bundle buyers. Statutory defect remedies remain unaffected. One purchase covers 60 minutes of personal remote assistance for installation, configuration and a first trial. No subscription or automatic extra charges. Additional time requires a separate agreement and order. Custom development, training beyond installation and ongoing support are excluded. You need a device, internet and authorised AI-host access. Enter credentials yourself; recording requires separate consent. A particular technical outcome is not guaranteed; agreed assistance is performed with due care. Statutory defect remedies for purchased skills do not require paid support.
Appointments and cancellation
After buying support, we agree a 60-minute appointment with you. Published available appointments can be booked directly in your account. Confirmation specifies date and time zone. You may cancel at no charge or reschedule once before the start. Unused appointments cancelled before the start are refunded. No automatic extra fee is charged for a no-show; further scheduling is arranged with support. If we cannot deliver, choose another appointment or a refund. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Defects, updates and liability
Statutory conformity, warranty and necessary-update rights remain fully applicable. Report errors with product version and message. New product generations and custom development are not automatically included. Check AI outputs before use; revenue, reach and specific business outcomes are not guaranteed. No mandatory statutory liability is excluded.
Data, law and language
Order and billing data are processed to perform the contract; see the website privacy notice. Do not upload confidential or personal data to external AI systems without authority. German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protection at your habitual residence remains applicable. Statutory venues are not restricted. These terms are available in six languages; translation does not reduce statutory rights. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer dispute-board proceedings.
