This also applies to the Meta app Codex insofar as it is used for account connections, publishing, or the technical administration of social media functions. Processing takes place solely to provide the requested function on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Requests for access, rectification, or deletion can be sent to kai@ki-agenten.shop.

Allow optional analytics and advertising measurement?
With your permission, we store your entry page, referral source, campaign details and CTA clicks in this browser for up to 30 days. When you submit a form, Culturetek receives these details with your enquiry to evaluate where enquiries come from. We also load the LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company to measure visits and conversions and enable personalized advertising (retargeting). LinkedIn receives data including the URL, IP address, device information and timestamp, and also processes data in the USA. LinkedIn retention periods and further details are in the privacy notice. All forms work equally without permission. We remember your choice for 180 days; use “Data choices” and “Decline” to withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing. Expired browser data is removed on the next access. Withdrawing after the tag has loaded reloads this page to stop further collection; unsent form entries may be lost. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, click categories and form status. Google receives cleaned page addresses, technical device and connection data and cookie identifiers; processing in the USA is possible. We do not send form contents to Google. Google ad personalisation is disabled. Our analytics cookies are limited to 30 days. Details and withdrawal options are in the privacy notice. With consent, we also measure paid software purchases through Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited). Google receives purchase value, currency, a pseudonymous order identifier, ad-click/cookie identifiers and technical connection data, but no names, emails, payment or form contents. Google ad personalisation and enhanced conversions remain disabled. Advertising cookies: up to 30 days; provider retention: https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention . Without consent these tags are not loaded. Withdraw via Data choices → Decline.
LinkedIn Insight Tag is provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. Only with consent, we use it to measure website visits and advertising conversions and for retargeting. Data includes visited URL, referrer, IP address, device/browser information, timestamp and cookie identifiers. Legal bases: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) German TDDDG. LinkedIn also stores data in the USA and refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for EU transfers. According to LinkedIn, direct identifiers are removed within seven days and remaining pseudonymized data is deleted within 180 days. LinkedIn cookies have separate lifetimes (see its cookie table); the 30 days in our consent dialog concern only our local campaign attribution. Withdraw via Data choices → Decline. If the tag has loaded, the page reloads to stop further collection. This does not recall transmitted data; we cannot delete third-party LinkedIn cookies. You can exercise access and deletion rights with LinkedIn and Culturetek. Details and transfers: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy ; cookie lifetimes: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/l/cookie-table .
Google Analytics: https://policies.google.com/privacy ; https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/12017362 The 30 days apply to our analytics cookies, not all data held by Google. This property retains event data for 14 months and user data for 14 months; new activity resets the user period. These periods do not apply to aggregated standard reports. Retention: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196 .
With consent, GA4 also measures confirmed purchases and refunds server-side, even without a return to the confirmation page: pseudonymous order/session identifiers, items, amount and tax, no names or emails. A protected first-party consent cookie (__Host-kia_measurement) lasts up to 30 days; Decline stops further server measurement. This does not recall data already sent.
