Software purchase terms and withdrawal

Contracting party

These terms cover browser-based products in the software shop, not separately offered skill downloads or agency services. Sales to customers in Singapore are not offered.

Scope and requirements

You purchase time-limited access to the selected software module, not source code or a transferable ownership licence. The product description, seats, storage and usage limits displayed before payment and saved in your confirmation define the scope. A current browser, internet access and a working email address are required. External accounts, permissions and separately stated provider fees remain your responsibility. Custom setup, consulting and integrations are included only if explicitly listed. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete and must be reviewed before use; they do not replace legal, tax or other professional advice.

Price and contract

Before payment, checkout shows the net price, calculated taxes and binding total in EUR. A tax ID alone does not grant a discount or tax exemption. You can correct your details before proceeding to payment. The final pay action places a binding order; we accept it upon successful payment. Failed payments create no licence. The order, terms and declarations are saved and confirmed by email; the invoice is available in your account.

Access, term and termination

After confirmed payment you receive a purchase confirmation and, for a new account, a personal password-setup link. Software access is enabled only after the purchase confirmation has been sent. Access lasts 12 months from activation, without automatic renewal or further charges. There is no automatic overage billing. Renewal requires a new purchase. Export any required data before expiry. Statutory termination, defect and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Use and protection

Access covers the purchased seats and your own organisation. Do not share common credentials, resell access or use the software unlawfully. Process only data for which you have the required rights and legal basis. Arrange any necessary data processing agreement with us before processing personal data on behalf of others. Necessary functional and security updates are provided during the term. Statutory defect rights and mandatory liability are not excluded.

Consumer withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason, starting on the day the contract is concluded. Notify CULTURETEK PTE. LTD. at the address above or kai@ki-agenten.shop by a clear statement. You may use the form below but do not have to. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. Starting to use the software does not remove this right. On withdrawal we refund all payments without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fees. We do not charge proportionate compensation for use during the withdrawal period. Access ends upon withdrawal. Business buyers do not have a statutory consumer withdrawal right.

Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain applicable. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed to the detriment of consumers. We are neither required nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
