Agency service terms (B2B)

These general terms concern only individually agreed agency, consulting and implementation services for business customers. They do not govern purchases in the software or skill shop.

The shops are also open to consumers. Those purchases are governed by their respective purchase terms and withdrawal information, not the agency services’ B2B restriction.

Consumers generally have 14 days from contract formation to withdraw. For our 12-month software access this right remains after use starts. For digital ZIP content and the PDF book, it expires only once supply starts and all required express consents, acknowledgements and contract confirmation are in place. Without these declarations, supply starts after the withdrawal period. The product terms linked above govern each purchase.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to kai@ki-agenten.shop or by post to Culturetek Pte. Ltd., 6 Raffles Quay #14-02, Singapore 048580. No physical product box is delivered or needs returning; postal notice is optional. There is no restocking or refund fee. Following a valid withdrawal, we refund payments without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the statement, normally using the original payment method. Statutory rights for defects remain unaffected.

These terms apply to contracts between Culturetek Pte. Ltd. and business customers for services related to AI orchestration, AI agents, and automation.

The offer is directed exclusively at companies within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.

The scope of services, project plan, pricing, and payment terms are defined in the individual offer or written agreement.

Culturetek is liable in accordance with the applicable agreement; services already delivered remain payable in any case.

Where required, the parties conclude a data processing agreement in line with Article 28 GDPR.

The law of the Republic of Singapore applies unless otherwise agreed.
