For consulting, design, implementation, and operations services related to AI orchestration.
Scope
These terms apply to contracts between Culturetek Pte. Ltd. and business customers for services related to AI orchestration, AI agents, and automation.
The offer is directed exclusively at companies within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.
Services, payment, and liability
The scope of services, project plan, pricing, and payment terms are defined in the individual offer or written agreement.
Culturetek is liable in accordance with the applicable agreement; services already delivered remain payable in any case.
Data processing and final provisions
Where required, the parties conclude a data processing agreement in line with Article 28 GDPR.
The law of the Republic of Singapore applies unless otherwise agreed.
