The web and app products ended on April 26, 2026. As of September 16, the September 24 API shutdown is still scheduled. The announcement does not prove availability for every individual account.

Prepare the transition
- Inventory needed videos and project information. Download the export and spot-check that files are complete and playable.
- Identify API calls, model names and dependent automations. Test a replacement with a limited dataset before switching production jobs.
- Use the same brief, aspect ratio, audio goal and acceptance criteria. Compare cost per usable second including retries and editing.
- Document rights to source assets, people, voices and music. Switching models does not transfer rights automatically.
